Marvel's Spider-Man is a action-adventure game Released by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4, based on the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man and developed by Insomniac Games.
Released worldwide on September 7, 2018, it is the first game. The game tells a story about Spider-Man which isn't tied to an existing book, video game, or movie, and covers the Peter Parker and Spider-Man facets of the personality.
Spider-Man was received upon launch. Spider-Man includes a huge ensemble cast of characters in the history of Spider-Man comics. Parker uses these skills to protect the taxpayers of New York City since the superhero Spider-Man. Eight years into his superhero career, Parker has become an masterful and skilled crime fighter, but struggles to balance personal lives and his superhero. He is assisted in his fight by intrepid Daily Bugle reporter Mary Jane Watson (Laura Bailey), his ex-girlfriend, also NYPD Captain Yuri Watanabe (Tara Platt). Parker is used by his mentor and friend, the honored scientist Dr. Otto Octavius (William Salyers). Spider-Man's adventure brings him into contact with different characters, including Miles Morales (Nadji Jeter) along with his parents, NYPD Officer Jefferson Davis (Russell Richardson) and Rio Morales (Jacqueline Pinol), OsCorp CEO along with New York mayor Norman Osborn (Mark Rolston), and Silver Sablinova (Nichole Elise), chief of the private military firm Sable International.
Spider-Man's mission to protect the city brings him into conflict with supervillains. The story opens with Spider-Man taking down his longtime foe Wilson Fisk (Travis Willingham), the Kingpin of crime in New York. Fisk is delivered to prison, but cautions that he had been the only person. Jonah Jameson (Darin de Paul) have voice characters in the main game.
